Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation after reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charge are payable
- There will be no penalty in case your notification of cancellation is received by the hotel by fax at least two days (including Sat., Sun. and Thai's public holidays) perior to check-in date otherwise a penalty equals to one night's room charge will apply
- In case of guest's no show will be charged 1 night without notice
- The urgen cancellation which will be made on Sunday and Thai's public holidays must be informed by fax direct to each apartment which was reserved
Check in and check out time is on 12.00 hrs.
- Extra charges for early check in from 7.01 hrs. to 11.59 hrs. = 50% of the rate
- Extra charges for early check in from 0.01 hrs. to 6.59 hrs. = 100% of the rate
- Late check out until 14.00 hrs. with no extra charge
- Extra charges for early check out from 12.01 hrs. to 18.00 hrs. = 50% of the rate
- Extra charges for early check out from 18.01 hrs. = 100% of the rate
